I recently noticed I can hear my right eyeball moving in my ear. Of course everything on Google says Semicircular Canal Dehiscence.

I've had BPPV related vertigo on that side before. I have noxacusis and tinnitus, but it's from acoustic trauma.

I had a prior surgery on that ear to remove an inner auditory canal osteoma. Is it possible it is not SCD? I don't seem to have any issues with dizziness due to activity, or Tullio's phenomenon. I do have pulsatile tinnitus in that ear also.

I hear my eyeballs move when having earplugs with high occlusion effect. But I guess you're referring to hearing it without protection?

Yeah I checked it without protection on. I had a previous surgery on that ear and I've had some ETD issues since. Like I can hear myself breathe in they ear a little bit. I developed pulsatile tinnitus in that ear. I have a clicking sound periodically in that ear. It would seem the surgeons left me with a lot of issues unfortunately.

Could be just dry eye and you are hearing the slight friction between a dryish eyeball and the eyelid. That's what happens with me.
