Please read my other posts for my backstory.
TLDR: I think I may have a neck/spine issue causing tinnitus.

Last two days I have been doing a little exercise - bending from the waist and touching my toes (almost) and swinging my arms out wide and crossing over in front and then out wide again - looking up from time to time.

Last two days no tinnitus (actually a 1/5 on my tolerance scale, but really nothing to bother me and certainly not the 4/5 that I cannot handle too well).

I repeat this "exercise" actually three or four times - nothing strenuous or stressful. Just bending over and swinging my arms at the shoulders while lifting my head. That's it. Probably 15-20 seconds total.

I will keep everyone updated as to my progress.

Please keep us posted and updated. I have neck pain and it did start around the same time as t but i have attributed the T to a medication i was taking. But im researching (and freaking out) as its only my the 8th day with T. And info will help. Thanks.

Well @Julryan I DO NOT have (much) neck pain but I think something is going on back there.
But sad news is that the T came back.
Other people here have said that after a bit of exercise the T is gone, or much reduced.
Sleeping in various positions can ease it for me, but I can't purposely recreate the magic position!
Let's see how I do.
