I got tinnitus 5 months ago.

I can only sleep for a few hours at night. I tried white noise, natural remedies, clean diet, and I always go to bed at the same time, I don't want to try drugs.

Are there any other things that I can do to improve my sleeping pattern?

If you haven't already tried it, I would get an app which has a variety of sounds you can select from and combine. One is the sleep machine app by Sleepsoft LLC. You should be able to find a sound or combination of sounds that will mask your T well enough to sleep.

When mine was bad a couple of years ago, I had an iPad with a combination of sounds on one side of my bed and an iPhone with the same combination on the other, and it dramatically improved my ability to sleep.

Please try "Melatonin" 5mg TimeRelease.
It is all natural without side effect.
It help people sleep well.

Great advice.
I've used melatonin (just 2ml) and it works very well for me when I feel I need it.
I usually 'put myself out' with the
Self-hypnosis 'deeper' suggestion.

I tried everything, white noise, radio, pills and nothing did anything.

What I suggest is you get a TV in the bedroom, it may sound counter productive but get into bed and put the most boring show on that you can find, force yourself to watch it and don't focus on what time it is, once you watch it you'll end up dropping off if you aren't thinking about sleeping.
