Hello my name is Kyle and I started to experience Tinnitus about 3 weeks ago. I was battling a sinus infection. One night I started to develop a ringing. I thought it would go away overnight but it never did. I went to an ENT and he said it was coming from fluid behind my ear drum. The tinnitus only is in my left ear. Has anyone else here developed tinnitus from an infection? If so, has it calmed down since you developed?

There are plenty of folks here who developed T from fluid. You should be all right. Dont freak out.
Im surprised there arent more responses to your plea. Be careful taking antibiotics. Read up on them.

MemberThe fluid may be gone at some point and T will subside. Did the EN T do anything to help eliminate the fluid? Don't panic and worry. People do get better with T caused by ears with fluid and infection. Here is a success story with a guy getting better in 2 short months with T from ear pressure and fluid. No, he hasn't done anything. He's just given me Z-Pack and flo nase. He's said if nothing works then he'll need.to cut a hole in my ear drum and let it drain
This is exactly how mine started. It's been six months for me and its gotten manageable for the most part. My ENT has been real slow about treatment, steroid pack and all. I'll be getting some testing done soon so maybe I'll have more insight. Stay strong , I know how tough the first couple months are <3

Im doing. Mine was mild and its getting milder. I understand your depression, but its great that your doing better. Its a long progress that wont happen over night, but its happening. Hi Kyle, I have T on my right side from a loud concert. Then shortly after that I got an ear infection on the left side. Then I got that terrible fluid in the ear on that side. It took about two weeks for it to drain on its own. I also got ringing on that side from the infection. Since it all cleared up I do not have ringing on the left side anymore. So I hope you have the same experience. Still have it on the right. I did go on prednisone while I had the infection. I chose not to puncture my ear drum to get the fluid out and it did eventually drain on its own. If you can wait it out and don't puncture the ear drum. Fluid in the ear is terrible but it will go away. Good Luck!!

Teddie's so funny! His bear form is so cute >w< My favorite character is a tie between Adachi and Kanji; they're both so quirky in their own ways and then Naoto at a close second ^^

How does one play electronic type games with Chronic T. If I see all this excitable movement in games or films I lose it. Amazing people.
Shiki is one of my favourites. I like horror animes in general. Death note is my favourite. Atleast the first half. Another was okay. Id recomend it if you like horror. I dont read manga (maybe I should?) and parasyte is awsome. Definatly check that one out

I haven't finished Death Note, mostly because it got spoiled for me
I'll probably watch Parasyte sometime soon. And you should totally read the manga, it's super good ^^ Not to mention season 2 won't be out till next year Log in or register to get the full forum benefits!
