Better with noise reduction plugs that have vents in to reduce sound to a safe Leval.
Most chemists sell them for a few pound and can get clear plastic ones that you can use again....I
Ask them out and have fun....lots of love glynis

but i thought foam ones were better since they have almost 30db reduction...
The question is whether you want maximum noise reduction or whether you want less noise reduction that is filtered to make it possible to hear voices/dialog better. If you want maximum reduction, you want properly fitting foam. If you want some reduction but the ability to hear voices/dialog better then you want "musician's" earplugs or something similar.

i live in mexico, all movies have subtitles, so thats okay for me.

Seriously unless you are sure that T comes from acoustic trauma I would not worry about wearing earplugs in movies - I saw hundreds of movies in theaters all over world and never once did the sound seem loud enough to cause any damage . I certainly would not enjoy watching movies with plugs in what's the point .
