I Would Settle for a Nicer Sound

I have 2 or 3 sounds. One is high pitched. One is spooky music. Sometimes there is a low tone. At this point, I would settle for a nice constant whooshing sound. I'm losing my mind with this cacophony. Really losing it.

I know, I think something lower in frequency would be nice. Better than this dog whistle that is unmaskable. But I guess the grass is always greener... I think volume is more important than the sound.

The lower frequency was actually the worst one. The higher ones seem easier to mask. I wish there was a way of measuring this volume. I'm so afraid it's just going to get louder and louder.
