I want to see if it helps me because when I'm here, I concentrate more on T. I'm not reacting to it most times--just annoyance sometimes. Sometimes it's getting very low but will be louder after I post on the board. It could just be a coincidence. It's just a short break...I will definitely still be a member and sometime soon maybe I'll be able to help others like the veterans here, and even some newbies, helped me.

(((((Hugs)))) to you all.

Kathi you have made amazing progress in your time here. You will most definitely be of help to the many people we will have joining the board in the future. Good luck. Hope you continue to get better and better.

Breaks can be very helpful, @Kathi. I have taken one before, too. Although I lurked. If you can do it, I would suggest: No lurking! Otherwise, you still find yourself getting caught up in thinking about tinnitus, even if you refrain from posting.

We will miss you... and your bewitching avatar.

It increases my anxiety when I'm here too. But, as I'm a noob in the T journey I need the support! :)

Enjoy your break and know that I really appreciate all your posts to me! They've been helpful!

Thank you Cullen. It's hard to believe the dark place I was in when I first posted here in December. You have been an inspiration and an enormous help. I'll see you in a couple of weeks or so.

Thank you @LadyDi--you've been such a comfort to me these past months. I'll try not to lurk. :) I really do want to see if it makes a difference.
About my avatar--my nickname is Kat to family and friends and I've used that avatar on all the boards I've been on--not T boards but other kinds of boards as I was a gamer and have recently gotten back into it. I also have a beautiful black cat named Dude. :)

Thank you Nich. This is the best place to be for support--the members really care. Good luck and I'll see you soon. :)

Thanks RaZaH! I'll be back though...this is just a short break --as soon as I can find the logout. :)

I hope you never feel the need to come back. :)

We will all miss you here, Kathi. Your recovery is an inspiration to the noobs. You have always been so helpful to others. Take a good break. You deserve it. Perhaps come back and post your own success story. Looking forward to your triumphant return to update us your positive news. You take good care of yourself and may the good Lord's choicest blessings be yours.
