I'm Hearing a Low-Pitched Hissing/Humming That Matches My Heartbeat

So despite of the static like tinnitus I have, I've started to hear a low pitch hissing/humming that matches my heartbeat that overlaps the static tinnitus (so I can tell the difference of the two).

It comes and goes (not continues or at least I can't tell), is this normal? Or something I should be concerned about?

Since you have had tinnitus for a long time, I think it's best you have a full examination at ENT. The Ears and Auditory system are delicate and you should be examined by professionals.
