I'm New Here — Worried About My Tinnitus

Why does it matter?

Because you made comments about US healthcare and perhaps you don't have access to good care where you are. I was hoping I could help route you towards professionals that have a good reputation near you, or at the very least, understand where you're coming from.

I have good access here but the healthcare/doctors here are really bad. I am from Europe so I can confirm what I am talking about. It is a place about money and getting joy from sick people. USA has terrible healthcare, worst in the developed world. Now I have good healthcare but the issue lies within the medical community, for example I was diagnosed with 20-30 diseases until they finally diagnosed me with T, even a drop on 4khz which is NIHL was tough for my ENT/Audiologist to diagnose. My ENT was an absolute idiot, I should have known she is bad as she dosent get many patients.

Second I had my ENT tell me get a job ASAP, get money somehow, as that will help me with tinnitus/hyperacusis for TRT. Then told me to not come back to her anymore for sometime (which I wont ever come back)
There are bad docs in every field. Often times those are medical colleges do a bit better. Do a search for ENT and tinnitus or hyperacusis.

This is true but good docs are rare! Most are in it for the good money.
