Hey everyone :) I made this post as a thank you to the people on this site that helped me through this from the beginning.

I'm three months in now and doing a complete damn load better. All I can say is I love you.

Three months in and well I'm doing a lot better and although it is annoying I can sleep now just fine.

I think everyone should put their thoughts on this post to thank these amazing people who do it out of their hearts to help others but it truly does need a big thank you!

Suzie let me tell you this my 2nd month was hell and after a full month of crying so much that it hurt I am a musician I usually play on big stages I'm 25 and it happened but there is no point on sitting around feeling sorry for myself tho yes my dream sits on a balance at the moment and yes I still get angry there is no fu:$/$ing point on sitting there in a room or at home feeling sorry for yourself have faith believe in your body get out and live. It gets easier I'm not there yet still have a lot if things to figure out I am spending copious amounts of money on ear equipment so I may have a chance of still playing

I'm so sorry Andrew ! I'm dying and trying to relax. I'm
going to therapy acupuncture chiropractor and a hearing center for hearing aids also they do TRT I have to retrain my brain
How are you now?

Hi Suzie just wanted to let you know that Mass General has doctors who can help you cope with T. I'm 9 months in and like everyone it was horrible at first but as time goes on our brains get use to the horrible noise and begins to accept it. Everyone has their own time frame for this to happen but it does happen eventually for now be kind to yourself and if you need to see a doctor look into Mass General in Boston....Hang in there and stay strong.

That is a great progress report, Andrew. So happy for you that you are beginning to see the light and turning the corner. Congrats. I agree with everyone on needing time to heal. The body has its time schedule to absorb in the new sensation. I have learned to give TIME enough time.

I got lucky with my T (If that can happen). Mine started when I was younger, super quiet at first. It's gotten louder, but I always just thought it happened to everyone, so it didn't bother me. It's made coping way easier, and now I know how much of T is just a mental issue. It truly doesn't have to control who you are. You can still be you, even if you've got a little bit of ringing in your ears.

Thanks Carlos! I tried calling them and no one helped
Thank you
