Not sure if this has been tried before, but I thought it might be a good idea if we all put down in writing our experiences/causes of tinnitus for the medical community to look at as a reference for the condition.
Any information about your tinnitus should be put in here, be it triggers/causes/times of day when it's peaking etc.
For me it's generally quieter in the morning, it started out in my left ear and has now gone to my right ear too, I can't think of anything that alters it apart from stress or focusing on it, also clenching my neck or jaw makes my ears ring with a different sound. Two tones in left ear and three in my right.
The drugs companies I'm sure have tons of information regarding the condition, but I think it's we the people with it that have a lot of valuable input into any future treatment.
