Tinnitus Since
4 weeks
Hi guys just wanted to share an experience. I am currently having a flu attack and congested nose and throat so i did some hot steam inhalation and adding some Vicks to it. To my surprise the steam lowered my tinnitus. I read that steam dialates the blood vessels in your body and thereby increasing the circulation. Now this maybe totally fluke and the steam thing sounds crazy to me as well but who knows whats actually happening and it may have really lowered my tinnitus or "my type of tinnitus" to be precise. Atleast it opened up my clogged ears due to cold and flu so maybe i am perceiving my T lower. Maybe the steam relaxed my neck muscles ? Maybe my ears benefitted from the Steam ? who knows. so just thought to drop by and share the experience and maybe a soul on here can benefit from this. Cheers

Steam works wonders and no side effects to worry about....natural healer...lots of love glynis

I have had viral tinnitus for a week, and have just tried it. It seems quieter now (I did it literally second ago).

I hope it goes away, but as I am 14, it is a likely chance.

Glad you tried this and is helping. Keep doing this a couple of times a day. You'll be better soon. :)
