So I had a constant mildly clogged feeling in my right ear for about a year. Basically it felt like my Eustachian tube was not closing all the way and creating some kind of weird pressure and muffling.
I could hear myself breathing in that ear some at a very low level. It magnified the sound of neck movement and the sound of my pulsatile tinnitus in my right ear. No effect on my regular tinnitus.
I'd tried allergy meds, steam inhalation and some other remedies to see if they helped. Overall not much improvement. My ex-wife recommended I try her inversion table. I did briefly, basically less than 5 minutes in a single session.
I had immediate relief and it has stayed the same for over a week now. I did do a second brief session a couple days later. Not sure if it had any additional effect, but I wasn't experiencing any loss of the improvement when I did it. It was more so just for good measure.
Anyway, for those struggling with ETD issues I'd say it's worth a shot to see if you experience any improvement.
