I used to download nature sounds I bought from Amazon to my ipod nano using itune. You may have to google it to find the detail steps. Here is an example of one. Good luck.

Yes, from iTunes for example. I am pretty sure there are all sorts of sound tracks for T there. Spotify has a lot.

Yes, I d/l from iTunes--white noise and pink noise. search "tinnitus" and "white noise" in the iTunes store. I have one album by white noise research --it's great when I'm trying to work and need relief from my T.
