I was wondering if it is possible to habituate to bilateral multitonal (moderate loudness) tinnitus?

Thanks in advance.

"depends" on what caused it or if there is any way to treat the underlying problem. For Example; if its due to a Thyroid issue or TMJ the tinnitus may go away once those problems are mitigated.

If it is due to hearing loss, viral, or unknown causes then who knows. :(

I was not thinking about tinnitus disappearing, I was thinking about habituation. Btw, I'm 16 months in and this should be my 2nd habituation...

Yes you can to some extent if it's not spiking....
Make sure you sleep well and get time relax with relaxing music you like and look after your mental health.
