I started taking magnesium (AKA known as Natural Calm) back in October. Since then I had worsening T. I don't know if it's due to indoor allergies, worsening of TMJ disorder (I'm a sleep clencher.), response to natural calm, or all of the above.
I think CALM contains MSG, not good for T I believe....do a bit of research...
I've been taking magnesium for several years now. At first, I took Natural Calm, then switched to magnesium chloride tablets, which don't cause bowel problems. I also tried the spray form of magnesium, but it made my skin prickle, so I decided not to keep using it.
I currently use magnesium glycinate, which really agrees with me. It doesn't cause any bowel problems, and is calming.
I think it's a good idea to try different types of magnesium until you find one that is agreeable for you.
I can't take any form of magnesium, it's spike's up my spike.
I take the spike was temporary, right?Everyone is different, but I started taking Magnesium and noticed a considerable spike in my tinnitus at night.
I've read somewhere that Magnesium is best absorbed through your skin. Or maybe is it different with Magnesium as a possible tinnitus relief and it needs to be taken orally...If you notice you feel weak from taking Magnesium and extra awful tinnitus etc, you may want to check for Myasthenia gravis, as Magnesium can worsen that significantly.
Yes, my tinnitus neither improved nor worsened from Magnesium, and using a spray for the skin is more potent than a tablet for me, I know because when I spray it on my skin it relaxes me heavily.I've read somewhere that Magnesium is best absorbed through your skin. I haven't tried either myself but I wonder if you or anybody around here have and could share their experiences (benefits / side effects / ...).
Thanks for letting me know. I was wondering whether or not to give it a try.Yes, my tinnitus neither improved nor worsened from Magnesium, and using a spray for the skin is more potent than a tablet for me, I know because when I spray it on my skin it relaxes me heavily.
