5 years ago I suffered hearing loss due to a fire alarm that resulted in permanent tinnitus. Yesterday I was sitting close to a loudspeaker that was off.

Suddenly some moron decided to play music at MAX volume without a warning (it was quiet before so I didn't expect it at all). It was really like an explosion to me and I was deaf on my left side immediately.

So can this 1 sec exposure to maybe 120 decibels completely f*ck my hearing which was already damaged?

"completely f***", I really don't think so. Can it worsen you problem slightly? Yes there are chances. But there are also chances that it did not do further damage at all.
A few years ago I was exposed to a gunfire just 2 meters from me, really loud noise. Like you, I was deaf immediately (for one second). I tested my hearing with an ENT right after that and there was no change. Also, this did not affect my T at all (at least I did not notice any change). So maybe you are worrying for nothing ;)
