Is There a Test for Ear Recruitment?

Well is there?
I probably have Tinnitus beginning sound sensitivity, it seems almost everyone had it in the beginning, some have it still.
But I'm worried if it might be ear recruitment, but then again that would be illogical as it's not baseline same as always rather my sound sensitivity changes a lot.
Sometimes it's really low other time it's somewhat high.
Sometimes the sounds change.
At first my PC made a ringing noise then a beeping noise then a ring and so on.
Also heavy base seems to have a somewhat negative effect on me.

Because it was programmed to do so. Put extra object on your nose and try to habituate to it?
I bet you will be hating it as much as your T.
I believe T is a pain signal. Something is not right in your body. Fix it and then T will shut off.
In my case T happened two months after I had a root canal. During that time I also listen to some music, but not super loud. Also, same day T started I did something to my neck that might pinch the nerve or muscle.
Doctors know shit and only want my money. They hate when you ask questions.
"so shut the f up and get used to it."
"sir, you read too much"
That's the best advice I get from them.

The second time I went to an ENT I wrote up like 10 questions about it.
He just told me what it is.
Every ENT I've been too I have asked them about the sound sensitivity and stuff and they all pretty much agree that the sound sensitivity is just temporary due to acoustic trauma and so is the Tinnitus probably.

Answers I get are not satisfactory.
I always get impression that I want to know too much and they are always running late and have limited time.
