More sleep results in noticeably less tinnitus for me. 8+ hours.
Otherwise, it's probably more a matter of cutting back on things. I don't have any issues with a little wine or beer, but I can't drink straight whisky anymore... used to love it.
Cleansing the body might be a good start. I stopped any unnecessary supplements until I know exactly what their effect is. My ENT also said not to think about it. When I start thinking about the tinnitus... I focus my attention elsewhere. And above all, I do not think about my ear! I'm not an expert, but I'm pretty sure focusing on a specific body part 24/7 can't be good. That's my own personal theory that I'm testing now.
