Hi all ive had t now since November out of the blue ,
Ive had mri scan (still waiting for results)
Ive had audiolgy tests ... Hearing fine.

But I have pain in my ears when I hear certain sounds.
It feels like my right ear litrally shuddereds in pain and I can hear a crunch sound echoing the sound that hurts them,
Also I suffer ear fullness in both and it feels like they go deaf but I can still hear but it feels like ive had a glass over my ear or when they block up with a cold, but the sound isn't disorted .

But the worst is now and then I get a really horrible tone and it litrally shakes my brain really bad it just comes and goes it starts off as a low tone and gets deafing and it makes my head feel like it's going to explode but then it stops just as it gets really unbearable
.
Also my balance is badly affected and the room spins when this happens
And my vision is very poor and I have bad visual snow and very sensitive to light and colours , lights have haze and halos around them and blurred vision that glasses can't correct.

It's becoming a living nightmare I can't wake up from.

Does any one else suffer these symptoms are they normal for tinitus or have I got something more going on that no one knows ?

It seems to me you have symptoms of meniere's disease, but i would wait on someone else to confirm.
With also symptoms of Hyperacusis.. it seems.

Yes high icp can cause tinnitus. A Lumbar Puncture would need to be done to lower icp and maybe take meds to keep icp in check.

However icp related T usually resolves when pressure is brought under control.

High ICP also causes vision Problems. It is a very serious issue and should be fixed via lumbar puncture asap. Again only Mri or perhaps CT scan would show high intracranial pressure.
