Hello everyone
I am just writing for some support / advice
I have struggled with tinnitus for almost 3 years now when it first happened it was horrible.
Over time it has gotten better , but it fluctuates all the time.
It is okay some months and some months I feel like I just want to die.
I have experienced it ALL.
Crickets, TV, electrical sound ... you name it but it always goes down to its white noise TV sound which doesn't bother me.
2 months ago I started having nocturnal anxiety which would be wake me up in the middle of sleep.
Fast heart beat and sense of doom.
One night I woke up to a rumbling that ends into a beat (over and over again).
EVER SINCE THEN it stayed. It drives me crazy at night I can hear it getting faster and faster and slowing down / disappearing just to start again ... it's a vicious cycle. Some days better than others but it's THERE.
It's in my entire HEAD - not in my ears.
I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE.
I went to the doctor but she was not interested in this problem.
I have to mention I had seen 3 ENTs in the past.
I am waiting to do an MRI which will take at least 5-6 months.
Is this ever gonna go away? I can live with my tinnitus but if it's in my whole head I don't know if I can do this.
