It finally happaned (for real)

over the last 7-8 months I have been living with tinnitus in my right ear. I have hearing loss in that ear and the hearing aid works wonders. Finally I woke up very early in the morning and it hit the right ear. This has happened to me several times but it would usually go away, however I do think that this one is permanent.

Maybe you have to change the settings of your hearing aids, maybe your hearing changed a little, and the brain balnced by creating a new T.

I really do think it's a mind over matter thing. I have T in both ears but not as noticeable in my right ear. Sometimes it "hits" the right ear and doesn't go away until I stop focusing on it so I focus on my T in the left ear and the right T goes back down. Funny trick but works for me. It's in your head.
