It Is Way Too Loud Today

It is way too loud today. I hate it.
My ear hurts also because of the loud sharp beep.
Two low days and today soooo loud.

How can I deal with it?

Some of us have intrusive tinnitus 24/7, for years on end. I don't mean to minimize your experience, I realize it must be difficult to have a loud day after quiet days, it surely can be nerve-wrecking to have it shift like that, however try to think positively; many of us with constantly loud tinnitus would kill for quiet days.

Do I remember correctly you have - on a regular basis - good low tinnitus days?

I know, I am sorry. But yes I also have low days and it's hard to deal with it when it is so loud again.
It began worsening after my holiday 10 weeks ago. And some days are better than others.

I always had low and loud days but it seems it's louder than before.
