Just Got Back from Physiotherapist — Shoulder Pain Might Last for a While

Cause of Tinnitus
noise + 3 major increases via (shouting / MRI/ flu+Tylenol)
The physiotherapist said that it might either be capsulitis, frozen shoulder or tendonitis - it's too early to tell. He said I'm in a lot of pain because I have inflammation in the shoulder and because i'm not taking anti-inflammatories.

I mentioned to him I have tinnitus and he understood why I could not take anti-inflammatories so props to him for knowing that.

The bad news is I could be in pain for a very long time.

I mentioned the possibility of a cortisone shot, he will see me on Thursday to see the progress and I'll decide then. Though he mentioned people usually have cortisone shots only after a few months of pain.
 
Shoulder pain is starting to feel better in stationary position but movement is still very restricted. I'll wait another five days or so before deciding to take a steroid shot.
