Just some questions

Hello everybody,

I have tinnitus for 2 months now. I think it's caused by TMJ but i'm not sure about that... I will see a doctor soon. Even if it is TMJ it can still be the tinnitus stays so here some questions:

-I have read that i must ''learn to live with it'', what exactly does this mean?
- If i have learned to live with it will i still hear the ringing if I sleep?
- Does tinnitus affects your life later stage? (when i learned to live with it)

Hi B basically learn to live with it to me means give your brain some time to adjust and the T will eventually be less bothersome. I have had T for 8 months and seem to think its also TMJ related and been to lots of doctors but in the end it always comes down to how we react to T....Please be kind to yourself don't beat yourself up if you need to take meds then take them for now so you can get some time adusting to T....Its ok your not alone we are all here for each other hang in there.
