So I'll go to bed around 10 every night.

I'll sleep a straight 3 hours then wake up around 1:30.

From that point onwards I keep going back to sleep fast but waking up again every hour.

It's annoying but I do still feel rested by the morning.

I think it's because my tinnitus has been worse the last month but it's really getting old now.

@Karl28
I had the same problem and still do have some nights.
I was using Mirtazapine for sleep and was doing really well at night.
I decided to wean off it and sure enough, no trouble falling asleep, but waking up after 2-3 hours. My tinnitus spikes massively if I am woken out of a sleep cycle (I don't know why), so it was a nightmare for a few weeks. I now take 5mg Melatonin and that is helping.
Sometimes I had to pop a benzo to get back to sleep, otherwise I'd wake up every hour or less until morning.
Do you take anything to help sleep?

I went through a period like that too.
Have you looked up some tips on getting a good nights sleep. There are things you can try, cool dark room, no TV, don't eat too late. Easy on the caffeine.
I tried melatonin, helps get to sleep but never kept me asleep. Benadryl is another inexpensive thing to try.
How's your mattress? I recently changed and notice an immediate difference in my ability to stay asleep.
