Long story short, my T issues come from stress, and subconsciously grinding teeth / jaw at sleep. That is evident (doctor told me)

Never really understood why the stress and where it comes from. Until recently, made it clear.

Figuring out, stress is coming from a lack of confidence. And creates this cycle of well, destruction.

Been listening to an online Confidence Hypnosis session

Wholly Smokes, took care of a lot of things within the first few sessions. Including T. Been getting amazing night's sleep, thinking more calmly and clear, etc. Big difference with increased self esteem. The therapy instruction said to keep going for 30 days to really work with the subconscious.

Been several weeks without T

Trying not to over analyze this, found something that works and just going with it!
It could be, in the hypno session, the narrator repeats of how you have a 'fundamental need to feel good' Okay by me. Might be that suggestion clearing out the T.

Giving a shout out for a really good hypno therapy, and some might want to try it out. Hope this helps out someone.

Looks to me like a temporary relief, working on your self esteem is nothing automatic like a hypnosis session, it requires lot of hard work, ALOT. First of all, you have to really understand what self-esteem is, it is not just someone's emotional evaluation of his own worth. You have to create that positive evaluation and that "worth", based on real things in real world, definitely not based on a recorded tape.
