Letter to the FDA (Dr. Janet Woodcock)

@FGG

Did you manage to finish and send the letter?

I do admire individual efforts like this. I sometimes think they can have a bigger impact than mass/joint efforts if they are worded correctly and manage to fall into the right hands.

Do we know who's replacing her? Could send the email to the next person in charge.
You could try but her history of being very responsive to the needs of patients is why she would have been a good choice. The FDA as far as I know doesn't otherwise have a history of doing that.

Hey all, if I hypothetically had a friend who works for the FDA, and you had any respectfully-written messages you would like me to pass along, e.g. advocating for speedy approval, I'd be happy to do it. Worst that could happen is that it would have no effect on anything.

So, @FGG, what became of the letter? It's still incredibly moving to read now. Can this message still be updated and used?
I just wouldn't know who to send it to that would be receptive to it since she's not in that role anymore. There might be other patient advocate oriented doctors at the FDA but I just don't know who they are.
