For a long time now (years) I've had visual snow. Relatively mild I'd say, and I only notice it occasionally.
However on this forum I read there MAY be a link between tinnitus and visual snow. This really bothered me for some reason, because tinnitus is a nightmare scenario for me, and I am OCD. I have only noticed my tinnitus recently and always check for it.
Now I see my visual snow everywhere when I know for a fact it hasn't got worse. Am I just in high alert and my brain is 'focusing' on it more? I need to calm down and just say 'its there, it doesn't really impact my life, learn to ignore it again'. But I am a panicker
I fear it'll annoy me forever. Anyone got any advice? I think I'm just stressing myself out but when you 'notice' you notice it all the time any advice is greatly appreciated.
