Cause of Tinnitus
Loud music - noise damage
Touching story, worth a watch. This young girl got paralyzed at age 18 and is living life to the fullest now almost fifteen years later.

Can we surmise that living with tinnitus will also be possible without losing the spark for life?

It is slightly different. With her, she is limited by the loss of her legs and I'm not saying that doesnt suck because it surely does. Many of us, on the other hand, are literally being tortured mercilessly 24/7 by loud noise. Make no mistake, having tinnitus and hyperacusis is a very very horrible situation.

Also, people can plainly see that she has a disability. We here look totally normal to the outside world and in many cases get chastised for expressing our plight. For instance, restaurants have to be wheelchair compliant, but they dont have to be hyperacusis compliant.

Just my 2 cents.
