One of my biggest concerns about relocating overseas--along with the challenge of protecting my ears in noisy poor countries.--is hearing aids.....In the USA one can get great hearing aids at Costco at a low price and also get and unlimited service, repair and replacement. Overseas this could be a nightmare of cost, time, hassles, etc etc. How have folks on this list who are considering or do wear hearing aids deal with hearing aids AND protecting their ears from damaging sounds overseas ? What if you lose your expensive custom molded ear plugs ?
