i've had high pitched loud tinnitus for just over 10 years. the past 4-5 yrs i've used the Tranquil Simplicity OTE broadwave length sound generators for masking. they've helped alot, for those times when the sound is distracting and annoying. well....i recently lost them....and am looking for alternative to spending another 2500.00 for a similar product. i saw the "In-Ear White Noise" generators, they cost just 319.00. anyone use these or something similar that they like ? thanks Tom
