Cause of Tinnitus
Unknown, Satan perhaps?
My mom passed last night from Cancer.

I was by her side and held her hand until she took her last breath. She was young so I'm angry this happened to her but I'm at peace knowing she is at peace, however she was my SUPPORT system especially throughout this tinnitus experience and now she is gone and I am terrified I am going to move backwards.

I've been in a good place but today my ears are loud which is to be expected.

I am praying God gives me peace during this time.

I am so sorry that you had to live through that. My dad passed away from brain cancer at the age of 47 when I was 20. He got his diagnosis when he was 42.

All I can say is that it gets better.

Try to fight your negative thoughts...

@Dginobile

I'm so sorry for your loss. Losing a parent is so difficult. I hope you're granted some peace.

I'm very sorry to hear this. Grief is a very, very difficult process. Your love for, and fond memories of, your mother will always stay with you.

God bless her soul. Heaven just gained a new angel :)

You always got us, we will support you as much as we can. Possibly you can talk to a grief counselor and piece your life together. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers :)

@Dginobile ,
I'm sorry to hear about your mum and I like you I sat at my patrents bedside till slipped away.
You need time to grieve and your emotions could spike your tinnitus but will settle.
Next week will be a year for my mum and lost my dad just before that.
We are here for you any time and are thoughts and prayers are with you and your family....

So sorry to hear that. I lost my mom a few months ago. I understand the pain. Let yourself grieve and feel all the emotions. Sending hugs and same as the rest of us have posted we are always here to listen. So so very sorry.

I am sorry for your loss. Losing a mother, a parent, is never painless. We are all here to hold you and support you as long as you need us. Sending you peace.

@Dginobile I am sorry for your loss. I can't imagine losing someone right now that is my main support system.

Maybe it would be good to see a therapist to have someone that will listen to you? It does not replace anyone or replace the need for day to day friends but it is a good start in your time of need.

@Dginobile May the harmony your two souls created together continue to live on through your love for people in your life.

I know she felt your love as she passed away. What a precious gift you gave to her.

I'm so so sorry, losing any loved one can be soul destroying. It may get worse before it gets better, that being said I'm a huge believer in time will heal the hurt you just need to go through the motions of grief. She's at peace now and I know it's not the same as having somebody there in person but somebody will always be on here to listen and support you.

You have this community to support you!!!
