Hi all,

I'm kind of panicking right now. I was on the phone to my boyfriend and I stupidly had the phone volume all the way up because the previous call was so low.

The phone suddenly went loud in my ear for one second and my ear became so full with pressure. The pressure is dying down now (about 2 hours after) but the ringing is louder.

I'm so scared this will be permanent. I can't get to a doctor until Monday morning and the panic is unreal right now.

Try to stay calm and im sure your spike will settle down.
You could go to out of hours doctors and might give you something so see how you go.
Love glynis

It's so expensive here. Like so so expensive and I'm already paying 150 for a ENT appointment next week :(

Stay as relaxed as you can and try not worry.
Keep away from loud sounds and maybe will settle over the weekend.

I keep my phone on vibrate, if you on the phone and a 2nd call come in won't ring in my ears. Don't care if I miss a call , can alway call back.
