Cause of Tinnitus
Loud concert with ear plugs
I do not even know if I want to think about it. I know it fluctuates and there are severe days to live. But I must admit that I am having more good days per week. I was a few days on the coast and my tinnitus could be masked by the sound of the sea, something impossible 1 year ago.

I do not consider it possible to return to the level I had prior to the concert, unfortunately. It seems that I lost hearing. But it is true that things tend to improve over time. I'm still interested in treatments like FX-322 and Mute Button, but with a lower level of anxiety.

Maybe tomorrow I have a bad day and I regret this Post, but I know I'm a little better. At least better than 10 months ago.

I am glad to hear it! I hope you get more good days as time goes on!

Thank you for being happy about my progress. I never told my family that I was a little better, because I know there is still a long way to go. I promise that I will try not to disappoint myself in those days when my tinnitus reappears with vengeance. If everything goes well, the spikes will be less frequent.

Thanks for sharing. Glad youre doing better. Did you have any other symptoms that got better over 10 months? Ear Fullness, H, hearing loss?

Mmmm not really. I think I have some hyperacusis but it is mild and stable. My tinnitus can be severe (bad days) or moderate (good days). What I have is a very big aversion to loud sounds, probably because of some psychological issue. This aversion intensifies on good days, because I really want to take care of my ears and not experience a setback.
