Hello,

I am looking for a mobile app, to keep a record on the way I sense my Tinnitus.
Something that will pop up, every 4 hours and let me choose a level (from 1-10).

Do you know any app like that?

Best Regards,
Nuno

Never track your tinnitus, especially having a alarm going off to gage it. Bad idea.

@Jake007 You may be very correct; however, the OP didn't give the reason why he wanted it. If it were just for the heck of it, I suspect you're correct.

As evidenced by many posts here at TT, our tinnitus can, and does, cause severe emotional distress. The way it has been explained to me (who sufferers severe depression and anxiety from a lifetime of tinnitus), I can't manage what I don't track.

Now, I don't use that app; I'm aware of it, I don't use it. I try to write about how my tinnitus affects my life in a book I'm working on. Being self directed doesn't always work.

Anyway, tracking to heal is a work in progress. Here is a study that I found interesting regarding that app: https://www.nature.com/articles/srep31166

Hello,

Anyone has problems receiving the notifications from track your Tinnitus app?

I have installed the app 2 weeks ago, it's suitable for my needs, but the problem is the app does not remind me to add the tinnitus sensation.
Already checked on notification settings, but all seems ok.

Stop checking/monitoring your tinnitus. It just keeps reminding you of it. And then you stay in the cycle of tinnitus constantly being on your mind. Its gonna do what its gonna do anyway. Stop making it a priority. Make something else your priority besides the tinnitus.
