Hi Everyone,

This may sound odd but here is something that I do when I get momentary spikes (?) (moments when my ear is taken over by a loud tone and everything in that ear is muffled and it can take seconds or minutes to hopefully "disappear")

I try to hum (a deep, whole head hum) to vibrate the ear/pop the ear and I'll stick my finger in and lightly move it around and I also take big, slow, deep breaths, in and out.

Usually this can really help the momentary spike go away faster. Sometimes not and that's when I worry. But it does enough times and I thought I'd share if it can maybe help someone else.

High dose of magnesium
Vitamin B12
Curcumin
Drink a lot of distilled or alkaline water, 2 liters per day.

Good advice.

I need to start taking a magnesium supplement again. I've recently started taking Nicotinamide Riboside which is part of the B family but haven't been taking a proper B vitamin at all for years... Also recently started drinking golden milk and have been slacking on drinking enough water :/
