More Fullness in the Ear -> Tinnitus Volume Decreases, and Vice Versa

Okay this is weird so forgive me in advance.

I've noticed that when the pressure in my ear gets better the high pitched rushing sound gets louder. Then the pressure gets bad again and the sounds goes down a tiny bit. Still maddening though.

Poor Van Gogh.
 
It's weird but I've got the same. If I feel more pressure (fulness?) and I hear worse at one ear then in this ear my tinnitus is getting better.. If I don't feel any pressure in ears - Tinnitus is on full power.
I definitely prefer pressure and even muffled hearing! :D
