Hi all! Out of blue, the morse code sound started to bother before sleep and in the quiet places. I used to hear that sound even before but never so constantly. Now it bothers me a lot. What's interesting is, when I lay on my right side (morse code side) I don't hear it anymore. Also when I put my finger in my right ear...

Any advice, help people!

Have you tried sleeping somewhere else a few miles away to check it's not actually real? As I have been posting in another thread, ot is possible for ultrasonic sources to mix together to form audible sounds. Fridge freezers, cat scarers, sliding door detectors etc.

Also you could try decoding it. Maybe you're picking up a real signal from a ham radio enthusiast nearby. It has been known fir tooth fillings to act as receivers!

Half joking but if you do decode it and it contains callsigns etc then you know it's real. On the other hand if it doesn't decode then you might be picking up a spy transmission. :D :D

It does sound as though it's due to a real external sound if it goes away when you plug your ear.

I've got the same issue as you, the last week or so I've had a morse code sound and if I lay on that side it disappears. I'm not sure what's causing it and it's highly annoying, I spoke to a few who had the same Morse code sound and it disappeared after a few weeks/months. I've got 3 different sounds/pitches plus the more code.
Maybe the brain is trying to tell us what the cure is......
