Everyone else is at it, so I'm going to start a thread of my own. Post any uplifting or motivational videos here. These can be in the form of a speech or just a video in general.

I'll start by posting Three here. One I'm well known for posting all over this site, so I'll start with that. Might as well give it a permanent home here. The other two both happen to be from Steve Jobs - I'm not a huge fanboy of him in general or anything - but I've always found these two speeches to be quite profound. The first is short and sweet; the other is longer but I suggest you watch it all if you haven't seen it before as it contains a powerful message and is quite possibly one of the best speeches I've ever heard.

I have one. It is from a fellow Canadian, Michael J. Fox. His struggle is very real, yet his attitude is positive.

This could easily be talking about tinnitus, or even TT, because the same philosophies apply. Always loved this speech.

I forgot to comment on this one. Thanks for posting it as Michael J Fox is one of my all time heroes. One of my favourite films of all time is 'back to the future', and growing up me and my brother would watch it over and over again. To see him speaking here is very uplifting and it's great to see him looking so well.

You are welcome, Ed. He is my all time, favorite hero.

Another uplifting classic for the day, both in written and video form. And it's very true!

Motivation is subjective and to me this is extraordinarily motivational.

Prior to my tinnitus, I was always looking up to this guy. Whenever I felt I just couldn't go on, I'd think of him. His name is Mahdi Gilbert. To me, a lot more motivational person than all those MMA type of motivational / business money making videos promoting hard work so you can beat the cr*p out of other ppl in order to get where you want in life.

Guy's a legend now.

I love that show, but I've never seen this episode. I've seen all the Jonathan Ross ones but none with the new host.

That is hugely inspirational. What a legend!

I love Jonathan Ross. So funny! He was a great host for that show too. Then they moved it to the U.S.A. and it's Alyson Hannigan now. Btw, before I moved to the U.K. I had a chat with Mahdi on fb. He's truly a wonderful person.

That JFK presidential speech...wow...totally awesome. Anything that's being narrated by David attenborough

I watched this somewhere else and thought it would be good to put it here. It is about retraining your brain.
