Muffled Hearing and a High-Pitch Tone When Sound Is Heard

It's been awhile since I've had any problems other than my tinnitus being bothersome, but just a moment ago my right ear has changed. When I hear some sound, my right ear feels muffled and a high pitch tone is heard. Not sure why this has happened and I haven't been around anything that is too loud.

Has anyone else experienced this and will it go away?

I got the same now. I'm in full panic mode. My left ear feels muffled and when I'm hearing loud sounds (like cars) I hear a high pitched tone instead of that sound. Did it went away for you?
