"Music Therapy Can Heal Cancer, Tinnitus and Autoimmune Disease"

Actually music cured a great deal of my hyperacusis. I didn't even realize I had it until I turned up a song louder than I was comfortable with for a friend in the same car and *SHUNK* my left ear stabilized back to normal volume. It was like someone popped my ear in the most amazing way possible.

And I do think music helps heal all wounds, even auditory. My tinnitus has been so much better when I only listen to music I enjoy instead of listening to music just to pass the time (like when I'm in the car). I listen to podcasts mostly in the car now, almost never music.

Sorry to say, it doesn't "heal" T, it masks it. T will still be there.

And music healing cancer? What a joke, if it were that simple, people wouldn't be dying daily from cancer

I don't believe music can cure tinnitus, only mask it. Because tinnitus is so multifaceted, even trying to mask it with music, white noise, or recordings of cicada has no affect for many that suffer. Tom
