Tinnitus Since
10 years
Cause of Tinnitus
Vitamin A
I've been a victim of severe Tinnitus for the past 10 years. What started out to be moderate and only occasional Tinnitus is now so bad that I can no longer eat 99.9% of food sold in a shop. I have spent 1000's trying to home remedy what the doctors had no explanation for. Ended selling my car and changing my life just to cope with life while I was getting better. I use a bike now to get around which is great for some healthy exercise.

I wrote a book to hopefully help other people with similar problems I will leave the link below.

It's two times actually

For some reason I couldn't sign in or retrieve my password for this forum. Anyway signed up for a new account and re-linked the document for anyone that wants it.

This is my life experience not an medical condition.

I have made some modifications to it.

Sorry, but this is ridiculous.

i read the PDF which tells me don't eat the following foods:

Chicken • Beef • Pork • Turkey • Haddock • Salmon • Tuna • Cod
Fruit, vegetables, nuts, grains, legumes, carbs, sweets, dairy, eggs, sauces, drugs and alcohol, packaged foods, cooking oils.

Ok what am I supposed to eat then? LOL

Fine lamb, talapia, and pheasant of course!

Lose t and lose weight. I know I can afford to lose a few pounds.

This thread is complete nonsense tinnitus is not food related. (unless the food is ototoxic)

The author claims all tinnitus is food related in his guide.
