I was watching a YouTube video which has this static TV kind of sound in the intro. I was quite surprised to hear the sound very well in my left ear, but not so clearly in my right.

I'm currently going through what seems to be Stapedial Myoclonus/Dysacusis, which may or may not be because of Conductive Hearing Loss? I tested the sound in both ears, and my left ear definitely hears the static sound better. Below is a link to the video, listen to the static sound if you're okay with it, and tell me if your affected ear has issues with hearing it.

@Hariz Nonis not sure if your still here as it's quite an old post.

I have the same problem. My left ear hears much better than my right. This is for everything.... Water running, phone ringing etc. My standard hearing test is impeccable (or was) and the ENT saw no issues.

This used to cause me a problem but my brain tuned it out. Just recently the problem of off centre hearing has resurfaced so I'm guessing more hearing loss for me.
