My Daytime Cricket Sound Changes to Hissing Sound at Night???

During the day the sound i hear is the high pitched cricket sound.In the middle of the night when i get up to go the bathroom i notice the sound is now a loud hissing sound.In addition its in both ears[i have t in right ear during the day].A couple of times the left ear hissing actually pulsates.IThe hissing continues until about an hour after i get up in the morning and then changes back to the crickets.Just wondering if anyone experiances anything like this??

Yep, it is normal for T to fluctuate in tone and volume.
