Tinnitus Since
Maybe Dec 2015 - the buzz was low prior
Cause of Tinnitus
Diet or TMJ Jaw Inflammation and Clenching??
Hi everyone. I just finished a Dental Treatment for TMJ, good results, check my posts for info. My headaches are gone, I sleep incredibly without an mp3 player, and Tinnitus is working its way out of my life.

I do have rules, like with food, lowering stress, breathing, no wheat, and lower alcohol because of how it f$@ks with your sleep. And there's more, check my posts.

On the onset, I had major family stress, clenching, plastic ortho braces, and possibly an episodic Noise trauma standing front row Elton John + Billy Joel Concert. So I had it all!!

TRUST ME. You will get thru this, and your life will return. Thru my journey I found a new fun addictive hobby of crafts, a DIY YouTube channel and stronger of appreciation for life, ironic because I wanted to jump in front of a fast-moving bus. I didn't deserve this shit. No one does.

I'm now going to share where I go to next. I have a link to my daily Vlog (diary) and every video you see me in; I'm simply enjoying my life despite health issues. Matter of fact the more I live, the more it goes away, and happiness comes on in. I may not talk about Tinnitus, because it's not good to focus on all the time, but I do discuss my many aspects of what I do suck the most out of life despite.

Hang in there. And please let it go some, you'll make it worse by desperately searching for the answer rather than moving on and just living your life. It may take some time.

Also, Susan Shore of UofM has successful results in her study with Sound Therapy mixed with Timed Nerve Stimulation, so if you knew there was an answer coming, how would you approach life?

love peace - ryan

Thank you for saying that. I think only time makes you realise this.

Thanks for posting. I hope it inspires others.

Avoiding stress and having a good sleep is mandatory. That is quite certain at least in many cases. Mine too. I always thought my T is caused from noise, although i have never abused my ears that much - quite the contrary. These days i have more sounds than i can count and some are truly terrible. And all of this, because of stress and lack of sleep. And no loud noises at all for 2 months till now(after winter depression :D ). Before that i was enjoying life with friends in clubs(not so loud ones) and such. All was under control. Even doing some yoga classes. Until i recently had a very stressful event in my family. Then all hell broke through. Last summer T sounds have reducet quite a bit - lots of sleep, almost no stress, a lot of healthy food.

So yeah, i quite encourage everyone to listen to what this man says - no stress, sleep well, eat well, enjoy life! And it will all become better!

@ryand thank you for your posts. You are so inspirational. My T came on under similar circumstances, smile direct club aligners caused an already bad bite to get worse, and effected my left ear. I am doing better. I started seeing a chiropractor, a TMJ dentist, and just try to keep living my life. I am so happy Atlas treatments helped you, I may look into that as well as I do have a specialist in my area. I do love my current chiropractor, and they do offer acupuncture treatments as well, which I understand also has a lot of positive effect on the mind and body. During the day, I don't even notice the T because I keep busy. At night it's a little more frustrating, but it will pass and a new day will come. Getting the anxiety under control is the biggest part of treating T in my opinion. Thanks for your positivity! It really does make a difference!
Sincerely,
Angela

Ha! Susan Shore? More like Susan Snore. I have noise, ototoxicity induced tinnitus and I'm getting fx322 works far better than her beep zap machine and will probably come out before her thing anyway. That's what's going to get me "through this". Nothing else.
