Y'all genuinely good ENTs and AUDs out there, I am sorry. You have got to agree, your professions have some serious, serious problems when it comes to hearing issues.
Would it be a stretch to say they get to be on the news because they pay to be on it? Or not a stretch at all.
IDK, it's possible. It's hard to believe that someone could see this extremely orthodox "treatment" come out and think to themselves "Stop the presses!"
True, OTOH now I'm thinking the media themselves also have incentive to sensationalize nonsense, for the sake of views.
I'm absolutely sure thats the case. Would make sense considering how much TV news is beginning to struggle.

Nothing against my catholic brothers and sisters, but, the catholic church, THE CHURCH, used to torture and burn people at the stake just for READING THE BIBLE in their own language. it is the same today, the great beast world system has to be in control of all knowledge and all commerce like an OCD crazy person. If I or one of us did figure out some exotic tree sap did the same thing as their multi million dollar toxic drug and we started telling people about it online or even person to person then we could be charged with practicing medicine without a license and gagged by the courts and fined so much money that we would never be able to pay up, EVEN IF IT WORKED AND SAVED LIVES. These ENT's and other doctors are just educated enough to sloppily diagnose us and read the FDA approved list treatments and medications and turn around and write the prescriptions. They don't want people to have a mind. This ugly beast of a world system will come to an end sooner than later. I can basically guarantee that.

The chemical that induces is called a gamma secretase inhibitor
There are naturally occurring gamma secretase inhibitors
The answer is out there.

Completely disagree. We're not all about FX. We're all about treatment, and awareness thereof.
You mean like living with tinnitus? Not trying to be rude but, do you have any real substantive criticism of my line research or hypothesis beyond that?
all i care about is restoring my hearing, even if it doesn't cure my tinnitus. However the evidence suggest it will.

my tinnitus is very mild tbh as of the past month or two. just annoying zaps in my head sometimes.
i must have high GABA levels to have more hearing loss and less tinnitus.
but then again im always stressed out.

I'm actually wrong about the tree extract secretase inhibitor being a viable candidate for a natural substitute, the answer is right in the paper I posted, but since my efforts have been ignored and met with disdain I will just keep it to myself. There are may other paths forward I am researching though. It's not as if this disease isnt a grueling hardship that doesnt warrant struggling to find the answer to. I guess too many of you have swallowed the koolaid and believe that you're too stupid to understand these things because you didnt go to med school and get a degree in wojaking just like all of our lords of science.
If hearing loss causes tinnitus should more hearing loss cause more tinnitus? I have very little hearing loss and have troublesome tinnitus.
Good point, that's an assumption. Music I've been listening too for years pretty much sounds the same. Songs I play on guitar sound the same. That being said I'm pretty sure I used to be able to hear up to 18-20khz and now I'm deaf past 16khz. My T matches those high frequencies too.
