"Tinnitus" sounds like creaky tired people using toothpicks and is not descriptive of the torture so many of us experience.
I have no such issue, if either of them works I'll take out loans IDC at all, this is literally Inquisition torture for me. There's no valid reason I'm still alive at least from a utilitarian perspective.
Yeah man, in the last week i have been exposed to loud speakers and some lawn mowers and leaf blowers that seems to have made my tinnitus much worse. The apathy of many of the people on this forum and the gruelingly slow process that potential treatments are being developed is truly horrific. Nobody really cares about us. There is no priority here.
Imagine if in the near future the new generation of T suffers created another thread in "general chat" called it something else like Dank Fornite Dancing, DFD for short, and since young people always like the opposite of us old farts, they start preaching the healing power of TRT.

I don't mean to go all flat earth level conspiracy theory on everyone here but,
I honestly think that since this is the biggest Tinnitus forum on the internet, that people (lurkers, researchers, medial professionals, etc) come to TT and find this thread. This is the most active thread on the website with people talking about research, drug treatments, and other tinnitus related topics. We are prob more informed about current tinnitus treatments, research, and tinnitus issues more so than the "professionals."
To prove this, when I asked my ENT about potential future treatments for tinnitus they said they had not heard of any.... That's when I started looking for a new ENT.

Any guesses as to how much FX TX will cost? (Yeah, if it works by some miracle) Tens of thousands per injection? More? Less?

Hot damn, I'm having a pretty bad spike today. Yesterday they were mowing outside my office and talked to a coworker for about 5 minutes and it seems like that hurt me. It's weird because i have mowed my own grass without earplugs before and was fine.
