You're not converting anyone

Don't you think I know that. Believe me I have no intention in trying....I am here to support those that visit MPP and seeking help with their tinnitus. I don't want them to be put off by negative thinking people like you. With respect, you have little chance of your tinnitus improving with your negative attitude but that's another story that I don't wish to go over....

Once again you are trying to connect psychological well being with improvements in tinnitus. Tinnitus is JUST ringing in the ears. Your attitude has no bearing on that.

That's fine, keep coming here so people can see how well we expose your poppycock.

With respect you have had tinnitus 5 mins and have virtually no experience I have had it considerably longer and know tinnitus treatments work. I have no wish to go over this again.....

The medical definition of tinnitus is ringing in the ears. This causes psychological problems. When you say improvement in tinnitus you are actually talking about the psychological aspects and not the tinnitus itself. It gives newcomers a false sense of hope when they see your rhetoric. You are a villain.

Maybe you didn't get the memo I don't have tinnitus anymore.

All they're gonna see is you crapping up the thread and get polarized to our side. Did you know habituation people on other tinnitus communities think you're annoying too?

Again, you are showing all the signs of a tinnitus Newbie, that has no experience of tinnitus. Believing everything that doctors and so called science says about tinnitus. Tinnitus is perceived as ringing in the ears but the actual noise is generated in the brain. As I have explained to you many times and will do so again: Tinnitus is 90% mental and is intrinsically linked to our mental and emotional wellbeing. It is for this reason many people successfully habituate to tinnitus over time and the noise is significantly reduced. Some people may require professional help to assist in this which I have previously written about. When I say tinnitus is 90% mental I do not mean it can be reduced with mere thought. Stress and anxiety can make the condition significantly worse but when this is managed, and negative thinking replaced with positive thinking, amazing things begin to happen. One day you will realise this but it will take time.

Of course. JohnAdams hasn't had tinnitus for decades so he must know nothing about tinnitus despite his extensive research

You are a dirty liar.

Habituation does NOT reduce the ringing.

You are a complete villain.

You have reinforced the belief that nothing can reduce your perception of the tinnitus, backed-up by your negative thinking friends on MPP. You all sit around your computers and complain day in and day out about your woes and tribulations, and how unlucky you all are. Life has given you such a raw deal. Your government and the medical field have let you all down, it's no wonder your tinnitus will not reduce...
