Uh, what's your problem sir or madam. You are clearly confused and seem to have issues you are projecting onto my extremely neutral and informative answer. I just meant exactly what John Adams wrote further down, to help you understand that it's not only about volume.

Again, you answered assuming I was speaking of a high pitch tinnitus....I never said that.

So Heavy, now that we have that cleared up....how do you measure how loud your tinnitus is to you?

My english is fine thanks. You're reading too much into this. I barely read your post but tried to give you some helpful info. I honestly don't care anymore since I just discovered you're neurotic. Are you the type of person that looks for reasons to be offended or what's going on here?

What I meant was that there's a test to determine the dB level of tinnitus by noting how many dB of masking noise it takes until the tinnitus can't be heard over it, and to me that test makes no sense since high frequency sounds can't be masked by low frequency sounds. I don't know if the test avoids this problem or not though

I don't measure my own tinnitus if that's what you're asking.

I made this in gimp but I rely on this old software (animation shop) to put the animation together.
